Chhola Masala

3 Easy Step Recipe:
Step 1: Soak 100 gms Kabuli channa overnight. Boil and keep aside.
Step 2: Heat oil, fry finely sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies and ginger till golden brown. Add Rajesh Chhola Masala.
Step 3: Now pour boiled Kabuli channa. Add salt as required. Cook perfectly till done.
Ingredients: Coriander, Black pepper Powder, Cumin, Pomegranate seeds, Dry Mango, Dry ginger, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, ChilI, Fenugreek, Bay leaves, Tamarind, cloves, Mint leaves, Asafoetida, Assia, Ajwain, Cinnamon.
